Dr. Marcin Jankowski
Marcin Jankowski, DO, MBA, CPE, FACS, CPHQ, CHCQM-PHYADV serves as the Vice Chair for Surgical Quality, Patient Safety and Performance Improvement proving leadership oversight and guidance to the Department of Surgery at ChristianaCare. By training, Dr. Jankowski is a Trauma Surgeon and Surgical Critical Care Intensivist. Additionally, Dr. Jankowski holds an MBA in Executive Healthcare.

Ann Principe
Ann Principe, DNP, MBA, MSN, RN, CPHQ, LSSBB is a Corporate Director of Quality & Safety at ChristianaCare. In this role, Dr. Principe is responsible for oversight of Quality, Performance Improvement, and Patient Safety. Ann has 30 years of experience in various roles facilitating patient safety and performance improvement and patient care activities in academic healthcare systems.

Secretary Susan Mascioli
Susan Mascioli, BSN, RN, NEA-BC, CPHQ, LSSBB, CPPS is the Vice President of Nursing Quality and Safety at ChristianaCare with over 34 years of experience in healthcare quality and safety. Susan has previous clinical experience in the ED, ICU and PACU. In her role, she provides strategic direction for nursing quality and safety initiatives and leads systemwide improvement teams.

Donna Mahoney
Donna Mahoney, MHCDS, CPHQ is the Administrative Director of Clinical Analytics at ChristianaCare. In her role, Donna is responsible for facilitating development of organizational clinical effectiveness priorities and goals, evaluating quality and safety processes and outcomes, providing tools and analysis to support improvement teams across the system.
Michele Campbell
Michele Campbell, MS, BSN, RN is the past president of DAHQ and a retired healthcare quality professional. She previously served as the Vice President of Quality and Patient Safety at ChristianaCare where she was responsible for developing and implementing the organizations comprehensive quality and patient safety program during her 43 year tenure.

Charles currently works at Bayhealth Medical Center as a Sr. Manager for Performance Improvement Operations.

She has over 35 years of experience in various roles facilitating performance improvement, patient safety and patient care activities.

Troy Schmit
Troy Schmit, BA, MHA, LSSBB serves as the VP/Chief Quality Officer at Beebe Healthcare and boasts 30 years of experience in quality, patient safety, accreditation, performance improvement, patient experience, strategy and change management. Troy holds a BA in Human Biology an MHA, and certification as a Master Black belt in addition to Lean methodology and change management/implementation science.

Ashley Medina, DHSc, MHA, CPHQ, CPPS, PMP is a healthcare quality professional specializing in quality improvement and safety, currently serving as the Quality Improvement Specialist at Nemours Children’s Health focused on harm prevention and optimizing healthcare processes and patient outcomes.

Doug 30 year career in healthcare has spanned many supporting and leadership roles including clinical engineering, facilities management, patient safety, accreditation and risk management.

Ryan Penn, MSM, MLS(ASCP), CMSBBCM, CIC, CPHQ is an Infection Preventionist at ChristianaCare with a laboratory background. Ryans holds degrees in Medical Laboratory Science and worked in the Blood Bank at ChristianaCare for over 10 years. In his role, Ryan performs a variety of tasks including surveillance, reporting, rounding and education.
