Ann Principe
Ann Principe, DNP, MBA, MSN, RN, CPHQ, LSSBB is a Corporate Director of Quality & Safety at ChristianaCare. In this role, Dr. Principe is responsible for oversight of Quality, Performance Improvement, and Patient Safety. Ann has 30 years of experience in various roles facilitating patient safety and performance improvement and patient care activities in academic healthcare systems.

Dr. Marcin Jankowski
Immediate Past PresidentMarcin Jankowski, DO, MBA, CPE, FACS, CPHQ, CHCQM-PHYADV serves as the Vice Chair for Surgical Quality, Patient Safety and Performance Improvement proving leadership oversight and guidance to the Department of Surgery at ChristianaCare. By training, Dr. Jankowski is a Trauma Surgeon and Surgical Critical Care Intensivist. Additionally, Dr. Jankowski holds an MBA in Executive Healthcare.
Susan Mascioli, BSN, RN, NEA-BC, CPHQ, LSSBB, CPPS is the Vice President of Nursing Quality and Safety at ChristianaCare with over 34 years of experience in healthcare quality and safety. Susan has previous clinical experience in the ED, ICU and PACU. In her role, she provides strategic direction for nursing quality and safety initiatives and leads systemwide improvement teams.

Donna Mahoney, MHCDS, CPHQ is the Administrative Director of Clinical Analytics at ChristianaCare. In her role, Donna is responsible for facilitating development of organizational clinical effectiveness priorities and goals, evaluating quality and safety processes and outcomes, providing tools and analysis to support improvement teams across the system.

Michele Campbell, MS, BSN, RN is the past president of DAHQ and a retired healthcare quality professional. She previously served as the Vice President of Quality and Patient Safety at ChristianaCare where she was responsible for developing and implementing the organizations comprehensive quality and patient safety program during her 43 year tenure.

President - Elect Loretta Consiglio-Ward, MSN, RN, CPHQ is a Program Manager responsible for developing, delivering and evaluating learning experiences related to patient safety and quality improvement for interdisciplinary healthcare professionals at ChristianaCare. She has over 35 years of experience in various roles facilitating performance improvement, patient safety and patient care activities.
Eric Schweitzer

Eric Schweitzer is a healthcare quality and operations leader with more than 20 years of experience improving patient outcomes, advancing patient safety, and leading high-performing clinical teams. A registered nurse with an MBA and a background in psychology, he brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, business acumen, and collaborative leadership to healthcare improvement efforts.
As Manager of Quality Commitment at Beebe Healthcare, Eric leads initiatives focused on quality outcomes, regulatory readiness, patient safety, and continuous improvement.

Doug Coleman, MBA serves as a Sr. Program Manager, Risk Management for ChristianaCare. Doug’s primary role includes system administration of the organizations safety event management system. Doug 30 year career in healthcare has spanned many supporting and leadership roles including clinical engineering, facilities management, patient safety, accreditation and risk management.

Dr. Pearlman is a nationally recognized neonatologist and healthcare quality leader who currently serves as ChristianaCare’s Clinical Effectiveness Officer for Acute Care and Medical Director of the Candor Program. Throughout his career, he has held numerous leadership roles in neonatology and medical education and earned a Master of Science in Healthcare Quality and Safety from Jefferson School of Population Health. A Professor of Pediatrics at Sidney Kimmel College of Medicine and Associate Editor for the Journal of Perinatology.
Allison Brown

Kristin Papiro, MSN, RN, CPHQ, is Manager of Nursing Quality and Workplace Violence at ChristianaCare. Kristin has over 20 years of healthcare experience including med-surg and ambulatory surgery clinical care roles. She provides systemwide leadership for the organizations’ workplace violence prevention program and leads initiatives advancing nursing quality, caregiver safety, regulatory readiness, and performance improvement.

Allison Brown

Allison W Brown BS, MT, MPH serves as the Statewide Infection Preventionist at Vital Core Health Strategies. We provide medical services for the Delaware Department of Corrections. Allison is responsible for assuring all diseases are reported to the State Department of Health, offering vaccines, enforcing good hand hygiene practices, implementing CDC guidelines via policies, processes and education to staff and patients to avoid transmission of diseases and outbreaks.
