In May 2025, DAHQ welcomed a dynamic new Board of Directors. This newly elected leadership team brought fresh perspectives, renewed energy, and a shared commitment to guiding the association into its next chapter. Committees Established to Drive the Mission
To support strategic growth and member engagement, DAHQ formally established committee membership across key areas, including Education, Membership and Marketing, and Nominations. Strengthening Our Digital Presence
Recognizing the importance of connection beyond in‑person events, DAHQ expanded its digital footprint in 2025 with the launch of a new website and LinkedIn presence. These platforms now serve as key hubs for sharing updates, promoting events, and strengthening engagement among members and partners.
Growing Membership and Broad Representation
DAHQ proudly reached a membership milestone in 2025, growing to 63 members strong. This growth reflects not only renewed interest in the association, but also the value members find in its educational offerings and professional network.

Today, DAHQ brings together professionals from all three Delaware counties and six different organizations, reinforcing its role as a statewide forum for collaboration and quality advancement. This broad representation underscores DAHQ’s continued relevance and its ability to connect professionals across settings, roles, and regions.
